Engineering reply for complete inquiries
We target a preliminary sizing and material review within 24 hours for complete inquiries received on business days (UTC+8). Formal quotation timing is confirmed after requirements, supplier evidence and costing are reviewed, and is commonly 2–5 business days for a defined custom scope.
QA before the balance (staged T/T)
On our standard staged T/T path you review the PI-defined QA package before paying the balance. Paid sampling is optional; WorldTrade and L/C follow their own platform or documentary terms stated in the PI.
