Why Meshium Exists
The whole company, in two paragraphs
Somewhere right now, an engineer needs a custom-fabricated internal that no catalog sells — and the clock is running on a shutdown. Our job is to get that person from “here are my conditions” to “the right part, made to spec, documented and delivered” with as little time, cost and risk as we can engineer out of the process. That is the whole company.
We keep the commercial model deliberately lean: no pay-to-rank listings, no badge or certification fees, no marketplace commissions built into the model. What you pay for is the complete PI-defined supply and service scope: engineering coordination, qualified fabrication, QA evidence, delivery support and single-point commercial accountability.
Honest Positioning
What we are — and what we are not
We are
- An engineering-driven export brand: we review your operating conditions, check sizing and materials, and take single-point commercial accountability for the PI-defined specification, QA evidence and delivery. Final design authority stays with your process engineer.
- Physically based inside the wire-mesh cluster. Factory visits, live video from the matched production line — wherever that line is located — and sampling can be arranged by prior appointment, subject to partner authorization, confidentiality and site safety rules.
- Document-first: the quotation or PI lists the baseline QA records priced into the supply. EN 10204 Type 3.1 or Type 3.2, additional testing and third-party inspection are optional and separately quoted.
We are not
- Not a factory with our own furnaces and looms. Production runs through partner factories we qualify and match order by order. We say this plainly because the contracting and manufacturing roles should be clear. Prices are built from matched partner-factory quotations for mesh pads, vane packs and woven cloth.
- Not a catalog marketplace. We do not list fixed prices for non-standard internals, and we do not quote before understanding the duty.
- Not a design institute. Our guides and calculators are preliminary engineering support; final design authority stays with your process engineer and project standards.
How We Work
From RFQ to delivery in four controlled steps
Engineering review first
Every inquiry starts with a technical review: operating conditions, vessel geometry, material chemistry and document requirements — before any price is quoted.
Qualified partner factory
Each order is placed with a qualified partner factory in China that can meet the frozen specification. Meshium remains the contracting party. You do not select or manage the factory.
Meshium verification before shipment
Before shipment, Meshium verifies the order against its PI. That check is our responsibility and is not replaced by third-party inspection. Third-party inspection is optional and separately quoted.
Single point of accountability
You deal with one engineering contact from RFQ to delivery. If anything is wrong on arrival, the claim goes to one accountable legal entity and is handled against the PI and QA records — not a dispute between traders and workshops.
