What we collect
Website analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage (pages visited, approximate location, device type). GA4 sets cookies for this purpose. Inquiry data: when you submit the RFQ form (hosted by Tally.so) or email us, we receive the contact details and technical information you choose to provide. Our engineering calculators run entirely in your browser — the values you enter are never transmitted to us. If you contact us via WhatsApp, the messages, attachments and phone number you share are processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy, and by us as inquiry correspondence.
How we use it
Inquiry data is used solely to prepare engineering replies and quotations, and for the resulting business correspondence. Analytics data is used in aggregate to improve site content. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.
Processors & retention
Form submissions are processed by Tally (tally.so) and delivered to our corporate mailbox (Microsoft 365). Analytics are processed by Google. Inquiry records are retained as ordinary business correspondence for as long as commercially relevant, then deleted.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@meshium.com. If you prefer not to be tracked by analytics, use your browser's cookie controls or a content blocker — the site remains fully functional without cookies.
