How Buying Works
You review the PI-defined QA package before the balance is due — staged T/T with a documented checkpoint at every step.
Buying from an independent site instead of a marketplace is a fair concern. So we engineered the transaction the way we engineer a demister: the six steps below show our standard staged T/T path — what you pay and what evidence you hold at each step. WorldTrade, sample payments and letters of credit follow their own platform or documentary triggers, described below and in the PI.
Standard Staged T/T Timeline
Six T/T steps, each with documented evidence
RFQ & engineering review
Send operating conditions, drawings or old pad photos. For complete inquiries received on business days (UTC+8), we target a reply within 24 hours with a preliminary technical review — before any money is discussed. If our engineering answers are weak, walk away at zero cost.
Quotation & proforma invoice
The PI states the exact specification, materials, documents, Incoterms and payment schedule. For T/T, verify that the beneficiary named in the PI matches our registered legal entity before paying. Platform payments follow the separate verification instructions below.
Deposit & production start
Demister internals are fabricated to your order-specific specification and generally have little or no resale value, so staged T/T production starts with a deposit that reflects the material value and fabrication scope committed to your order — higher for exotic alloys, lower for standard grades. The exact schedule is stated in the PI before you commit anything, and the T/T balance is not due before you have reviewed the QA evidence listed in the PI.
Production updates
Where the PI or a later written agreement includes in-process evidence, the stated production stages are photographed against the agreed schedule. Live video can be arranged by prior appointment, subject to partner authorization, confidentiality and site safety rules.
QA package & optional third-party inspection — before the T/T balance
For staged T/T, you review the baseline QA package priced into and listed in the quotation or PI before paying the product balance. EN 10204 Type 3.1 or Type 3.2, additional testing and third-party inspection are optional and separately quoted. If inspection finds a departure from the agreed specification, the PI defines the correction and payment sequence.
Shipment & documents
Under the standard staged T/T path, goods ship after the balance clears. The records from steps 1 to 6 form the documented basis for any specification claim, handled under the PI — if anything arrives out of specification, the claim goes to one accountable legal entity and is handled against the PI and QA records, not a dispute between a trader and an anonymous workshop.
Payment Options
Compare payment paths and their different triggers
Most production orders use the staged T/T path above. Every path ties payment to documented evidence — what differs is the release trigger, as stated in the PI or the platform rules.
Staged bank transfer (standard)
Deposit and balance by T/T to the corporate account named in the PI — before paying, verify that the beneficiary matches our registered legal entity as shown on this website and our business license — under Chinese foreign-exchange regulation. The split is quoted per order; the balance is due only after you have reviewed the PI-defined QA package.
Escrow via WorldFirst WorldTrade (first orders)
For a first order we can draft it through WorldTrade, the escrow service inside WorldFirst. This is not the six-step staged T/T path: platform release follows WorldTrade rules after shipping evidence such as a waybill or customs document is uploaded and accepted. Your pre-shipment QA review is a separate obligation written into the PI; it does not control the platform release trigger. Before paying, verify the seller shown in the WorldTrade order against our registered legal entity. Card and WorldFirst-balance payments are supported; local payment methods depend on your registered country and platform rules.
Samples & small orders: WorldFirst
Sample and small-order payments may be collected through our WorldFirst account under the payment schedule stated in the sample PI; they do not automatically follow the staged T/T deposit-and-balance sequence. Verify the seller and payment details shown in the WorldFirst request before paying. Any sample-cost credit follows the conditions stated in the sample PI; freight and third-party testing are itemized separately.
L/C for larger orders
Sight letters of credit can be discussed for larger contracts. Documentary presentation, examination, payment and shipment follow the L/C and PI terms rather than the staged T/T sequence.
We do not market our supply as “guaranteed” or “risk-free” — no supplier can eliminate every commercial or technical risk. Each payment follows the trigger stated in the PI, the applicable platform rules or the agreed letter of credit.

Check everything before you pay anything
- ✓Company registration: Meshium (Hebei) Technology Co., Ltd., Unified Social Credit Code 91131124MAKHGGUR1B — look us up on China’s National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt.gov.cn) or a business data service.
- ✓For T/T, verify that the beneficiary named in the PI matches our registered legal entity. For WorldTrade or another licensed payment channel, verify the seller or payee shown in the platform order against the legal entity named in the PI.
- ✓If any invoice, beneficiary, seller or payee detail is unexpected or inconsistent, do not pay — confirm it through the email address, mobile number or WhatsApp link published on this website.
- ✓Video calls and live video from the matched production line can be arranged by prior appointment, subject to partner authorization, confidentiality and site safety rules.
- ✓Third-party inspection is optional and not included in the product price. You may appoint and pay SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV or another qualified inspector directly, or ask Meshium to arrange it as a separately quoted service under the PI schedule.
FAQ
Why is the deposit not a fixed percentage?
Most demister internals are fabricated to an order-specific specification and have little or no resale value, so the deposit reflects the material grade and fabrication scope of each order — an exotic-alloy pad commits far more value upfront than a standard grade. The exact split is always stated in the PI before you pay anything.
Is this as safe as a marketplace trade-assurance program?
It is a different mechanism. Platform escrow protects the payment flow; it cannot judge whether a custom internal was engineered correctly. Our staged T/T process gives you the PI-defined QA evidence and inspection rights before the balance, and keeps one legal entity accountable for the PI-defined specification and QA evidence. For first orders we additionally offer escrow payment via WorldFirst’s WorldTrade service, where funds are released according to the platform’s verified-shipping-evidence rules.
What happens if the goods arrive out of specification?
The PI, QA package and inspection reports define the specification in writing. Claims are handled against that evidence by the same legal entity that quoted the job — repair, replacement or settlement is agreed case by case, in writing.
Which QA records are included, and which are optional?
The quotation or PI lists the baseline QA records priced into the supply, normally including agreed dimensional inspection records, pre-shipment product and packing photos, packing lists and stated ordinary traceability records. EN 10204 Type 3.1 or Type 3.2 documentation, PMI, additional testing, special certificates and third-party inspection are optional and separately quoted.
Does an SGS or other pre-shipment inspection automatically provide EN 10204 Type 3.2 documentation?
No. A general third-party pre-shipment inspection report is not automatically an EN 10204 Type 3.2 inspection document. If Type 3.2 is required, state it before material procurement and production so the required traceability, inspection participation, cost and schedule can be confirmed.
