Knitted Wire Mesh Demister Pad

The workhorse mist eliminator: layered knitted mesh compressed to a target density (typically 80–192 kg/m³), supplied round, oval or segmented for manway installation, with or without support grids and tie-down wires.

  • ▸Materials: SS304, SS316L, SS321, Monel 400, Inconel, duplex 2205, PTFE, PP
  • ▸Wire: Ø0.10–0.28 mm, single or co-knit (metal + fiber) for fine mist
  • ▸Any diameter; sectional pads for vessels above ~600 mm manway
  • ▸Density, thickness (100–300 mm) and voidage engineered per service

Mist Eliminator Replacement (Reverse Engineering)

Send a drawing, nameplate photo or even the old pad itself — we re-measure wire, density, grid layout and gasketing, then rebuild to matching or upgraded spec. The most common first order from our long-term clients.

  • ▸Dimension take-off from photos + tape measurements
  • ▸Material upgrade path (e.g. SS304 → SS316L → Monel) with cost delta
  • ▸Delivery with dimensional inspection sheet against your drawing

Vane Pack / Chevron Mist Eliminators

For high liquid load, fouling or high-velocity service where mesh pads flood. Engineered case by case, standalone or combined with a mesh agglomerator stage.

  • ▸SS or PP blade packs, single/double pocket profiles
  • ▸Combined mesh + vane arrangements for wide turndown

Woven Wire Mesh & Filter Cloth

Square weave and dutch weave cloth per ASTM E2016 / ISO 9044 for filtration, sieving and support layers.

  • ▸Mesh 2–635, plain/twill/dutch weave
  • ▸Cut discs, rolls, cylinders and fabricated filter elements
